NAVISP INDUSTRY DAYS 2022 are coming!!

The time has come for the NAVISP community to meet again in person in a new edition of the inspiring NAVISP Industry Days that will be held from the 16th to the 17th of June at the ESA-ESTEC centre in Noordwijk aan Zee, The Netherlands.

Venue & Logistics

The NAVISP Industry Days will take place at the European Space Research and Technology Centre (ESTEC) in Noordwijk, The Netherlands. ESTEC is the European Space Agency’s largest establishment and the technical and organisational hub of Europe’s space sector.

Access to ESA/ESTEC

For access to ESTEC and the NAVISP Industry Days, a valid photo ID (ID or passport) is mandatory. Only registered participants can gain access.

When at ESTEC, NAVISP Industry Days event badges have to be worn visibly at all times.

 

Transport

Arriving by car

Parking at ESTEC is possible.

 

Arriving by bus/train

Buses will run regularly from Leiden Centraal and back.

 

Accommodation

Various accommodation options are available in the Noordwijk, Katwijk, and Leiden area. Please check online.

 

Logistics

Wifi

Wifi access will be available for all participants.

 

Coffee Breaks

During the NAVISP Industry Days, 2022 refreshments (coffee, tea, and water) will be available free of charge to participants wearing name badges in the ERASMUS Building.

 

Catering/Lunch

Lunch Buffet will be available free of charge to participants wearing name badges on Thursday, 16/06/2022 in the ERASMUS Building.

Networking drinks will be available free of charge to participants wearing name badges on Thursday, 16/06/2022 in the ERASMUS Building (High Bay)

 

Covid Measures

Currently, there are no longer any restrictions on face masks, room capacity, or on-site access. If the situation changes, the participants will be informed immediately.
