IFEN has been working in the field of satellite navigation since 1998. The project activities range from system navigation algorithms, prototype development, navigation system studies, up to turn-key system like the German Galileo test range (GATE). IFEN is developing products for the world-wide commercial navigation market, especially for navigation test applications. Products include the IFEN NCS GNSS Simulator, the dedicated NTR test user receiver and the SX3 GNSS Software Receiver, which is a customization optimized GNSS research platform. The latest new development is a software driven GNSS simulator (NOVA), with a market launch in 2019.
