Consortium ULISSE (Università e Laboratori Industriali per lo Sviluppo dei Sistemi Elettronici) is a no-profit organization composed of: - 4 Universities (including the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”) - 2 SME Companies

The president is Gian Carlo Cardarilli, full professor of Digital Electronics and Electronics for Telecom at University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. The Consortium is active in the sector of technology and design of electronic systems and its scope is:

foster the Innovation Technology in the Industry environment taking advantage of as far as possible of the research activities, capabilities and of the internal organization of the associate partners.

  • facilitate the Technological Transfer between the research activities carried out by the associate partners and the production line aiming at improving the real application of the research outcomes.
  • ULISSE was founded on January 31, 1991 (as Consortium JESSI ITALIA) and was renamed Consortium ULISSE on March 11, 1996.
