The company Exact is part of the Scandinavian Team Exact group, which has more than 25 offices throughout Scandinavia and more than 200 professional staff, a significant part of whom are expert consultants on underground works, transport construction and mining projects. However the Exact Control System a.s. is an independent business entity from the business point of view (i.e. fully responsible from its own contracts, activities and economic prosperity). It is a company registered in the Czech Republic in the Commercial Register, having its own employees and resources and facilities in the Czech Republic. In terms of SME terminology Exact Control Systém a.s. is a partner enterprise but fulfils the SME company conditions as defined in the ITT (more details are provided within the SME questionnaire). The company also develops its own GNSS receivers specifically designed for the needs of construction machine guidance and the actual control units and software for construction machines. In this area, the company develops its own software and hardware for 3D data acquisition and processing, as well as for the actual control of construction machines. The company has been actively using his own developed technologies and processes for over ten years. In the development process, it cooperates with universities, scientific institutions and industry leaders. This makes it a world leader in the development and implementation of 3D technologies for construction.
