On the 4th of April 2025, representatives from NAVISP participated in a workshop organised, among others, by the Norwegian Space Agency, to disseminate the results of the test campaign conducted in Andoya, Norway, in September 2024 and make the PNT community aware of the preparations for the test campaign planned in September 2025.

The NAVISP program presentation was featured in the morning session, which hosted the governmental speakers. The presentation highlighted the strength of the program and its suitability, having PNT resilience high in its agenda, to become a point of accumulation for academic, industry and governmental agencies initiatives linked to the Jammertest, whose objective is to test techniques, technologies, product and services against a wide range of RF interference, jamming, spoofing and meaconing scenarios, in static and mobile environment.

The afternoon session hosted test results presentations by several academic, industry and governmental stakeholders, including Stanford University, Honeywell, Iridium, Honeywell, the Oslo’s police, Eurocontrol and Fugro.

ESA presented the results of some of the tests executed on site, and in the laboratory with recorded and replayed data, demonstrating the engineering capabilities of its Technical Directorate in the development and verification, in collaboration with European industry engaged in NAVISP activities, of sophisticated techniques for the mitigation of the impact of jamming, spoofing and meaconing on various platforms, fixed and mobile.

There is consensus among all the stakeholders that the event is very useful and everybody was looking forward to participating to the next edition in September 2025.
