024 - INGRIM: Integrated Galileo reference infrastructure and technology development for height modernisation

The projekt aims at the modernisation of the Hungarian height reference infrastructure (EOMA) and the related measurement technology using space geodetic techniques as GNSS and satellite radar interferometry (InSAR). The infrastructre part is a geodetic monument, which integrates multi-GNSS equipment and InSAR corner reflectors and hosts a levelling benchmark. The geoid as height reference will be attributed with a time dependent part coming from GNSS and InSAR. The solution allows up-to-date height determination for users based on RTK GNSS and also an easy reference maintenance for the national mapping agency. The „levelling” height reference will be a grid database installed in GNSS equipments. In the INGRIM projekt we install a pilot network of 7 stations, do GNSS and InSAR analysis, generate the height reference database and prepare technology and documentation for the efficient future heighting fully exploiting multi-GNSS and InSAR capabilities.
