Building upon the results of the OpSTAR Phase 0 study carried out under NAVISP-EL2-139
by OHB Systems AG, the OpSTAR In-Orbit Demonstrator (IoD) Phase A/B1 will consolidate the OpSTAR IoD mission scope. It will notably refine the mission objectives  as well as perform the System Preliminary Design Review (Step 1) of the overall OpSTAR IOD, preparing the foundations of the IOD Phase B2/C/D/E to be
launched after CMIN’25. In addition, Phase A/B1 will further include the procurement of critical pre-developments required to retire risk for the later Phase B2/C/D/E activities of the In Orbit Demonstrator.
