NAVISP EL3-031: National GNSS Knowledge Centre

Join the online Final Presentation of the National GNNS Knowledge Centre in collaboration with CGI, NLR and S&T

The presentation will touch on the national interference study and GNSS knowledge centre in the Netherlands.

Reliable Position, Navigation and Timing (PNT) information is of great importance for critical infrastructures. This is so seamlessly integrated into our daily lives that we sometimes forget how much we rely on this information and what the effect is if this information is not correct or not available.
In the former performed national study it was determined that improvements regarding GNSS awareness, knowledge and resilience are needed. This activity was initiated to improve the GNSS awareness in a reusable way and to support conscious GNSS use on a national level.
The activity is carried out in collaboration with ESA NAVISP, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, the Netherlands Space Office and the project team consisting of CGI, NLR and S&T, collectively known as the GNSS Centre of Excellence.
