Final Presentation NAVISP EL2-109 "Cybersecure GNSS for Autonomous Mobility"
Start date: 09/10/2025 10:00
End date: 09/10/2025 11:30
The goal of the ESA NAVISP EL2-109 activity has been to develop and test a working prototype of a CyberSecure GNSS system (SCS-GNSS), an anti-GNSS-spoofing solution and spoofing detector for autonomous vehicles. The Final Presentation of EL2-109 will summarise the work performed and the main outcomes of this project.
The activity has included the design, development and test of the hardware and software, culminating with field tests conducted in a real environment with the system installed on a car.
Through the development, productization, certification, and marketing of this system, the company's vision is to contribute to a complete cybersecure GNSS solution which monitors GNSS spoofing globally based on the installed base of such products, alerting vehicles in the affected zone, directing law enforcement to the scene equipped with a spoofing source localization device, and provide correction algorithms to affected vehicles to counteract the spoofing effect.
This activity was co-funded under NAVISP Element 2, which aims to increase European competitiveness in Positioning, Navigation and Timing. Please check the agenda and register for the event to learn more about this project.
