Final Presentation NAVISP EL2-152 "GREENASPH4.0"

The final presentation of GREENASPH4.0, a project carried out by Exact Control System, a Czech SME company under ESA’s NAVISP EL2-152 project, will summarize the outcomes of this initiative.

The project revolutionizes road repair through 3D milling, with a GNSS equipped milling machine performing all steps on-site, including direct measurement of the road surface by the milling machine itself, 3D modeling, and robotic milling. This allows precise separation of base and surface layers, simplifies operations, reduces prep work, and ensures efficient material recycling.

The solution is based on GNSS technology and Real-time Kinematic Positioning (RTK), so the proposed repairs can be executed automatically and with high accuracy.
