On 25/02/2022 learn how to monitor construction works digitally! Please register for the NAVISP Final Presentation EL2-075 “Drone and GNSS applications for professional surveys (DGAP)”

The objective of this NAVISP project, executed in the frame of Element 2, which is devoted to supporting competitiveness of European industries, is to provide an enabling product for the monitoring of infrastructures such as bridges, roads or railways, where the construction site is moving as the infrastructure is being built. 

The DGAP product aims to foster the transition from traditional construction management to digital processes, allowing its end users to enjoy a wide set of GNSS-enabled services, e.g.: 

“Survey Support Services”: to support the Site Manager and his/her team in the periodic evaluation of the progress of the linear construction site thanks to the use of a drone and ad-hoc payload (e.g. RGB Camera and Lidar sensors), with an outcome made available to the Site Manager team in a format compatible with existing client infrastructures (e.g. Point of Cloud, Build Information Modelling (BIM) Model and CAD Model). 

“Daily Monitoring Services”: to provide continuous information about the presence on the construction site, together with additional weather information required for the daily monitoring.
