NAVISP Programme Manager visited CIRA

On the 19th of April the NAVISP Programme Manager recently visited CIRA in order to explore the possible initiatives for Element 3.

CIRA (Centro Italiano Ricerche Aerospaziali) is the the Italian Aerospace Research Centre. It is located near Capua and was founded in 1984 for the purpose of performing research in the fields of space and aeronautics.
