Final Presentation RelyMap Connect by Envisage Space and Cranfield University

On February 10 2026, RelyMap Connect and its subcontractor Cranfield University presented their final presentation project advanced a predictive GNSS analytics platform, combining 3D city models with machine‑learning‑based sensor fusion to improve positioning accuracy for e‑scooters operating in dense urban environments. RelyMap introduced a Confidence Factor for both parking and in‑motion behaviour, enabling operators and city authorities to better manage geofences, virtual parking bays, and compliance‑critical areas. These innovations were validated across multiple complex urban sites, including Cranfield, Milton Keynes, Glasgow, and Liverpool, demonstrating improved reliability and operational performance for micromobility services.

 

This project was co‑funded by NAVISP Element 2, supporting the development of competitive European & Canadian PNT solutions.
