The DGAP Project aims to design, develop and demonstrate in real operational environment, an innovative set of services for the management and monitoring of construction sites in order to support the Site Construction Manager and his/her team in their daily and periodical activities fostering the transition from traditional construction management to digital process and taking advantage of GNSS and drone technologies. 

The proposed services are grouped in the following two different marco-sets: (i) “Survey Support Service” aiming to support the Site Manager team in the periodic evaluation of the advancements of the construction site thanks to the use of drone technologies; (ii) “Daily Monitoring” providing continuous information to Site Manager about any presence into the construction site exploiting the potentiality of GNSS positioning services.
