Infobex Ltd. submitted a proposal titled “PROVIDING GALILEO SIGNALS FOR GROUND NAVIGATION IN HUNGARY” for the NAVISP Element 2 Call for Proposals of the European Space Agency (ESA) which has been positively evaluated and thus Infobex Ltd. had been entrusted by the implementation of the project. According to this, Infobex Ltd. establish a new, nation-wide, VRS-type GNSS RTK correction service utilizing Galileo GNSS delivered positioning information. The new development creates the opportunity of using such information in GNSS-based positioning in Hungary providing advantages for its users such as more accurate and reliable positioning with shorter initialization time even under unfavourable circumstances.
