We propose to develop a ground based, industrial and compact laser cooled cesium clock  with unprecedented long-term frequency stability and accuracy (timing hold over goal =  100 ns over 1 year). This product will provide reliable and performing back up frequency  

and timing signals in case of very long PNT signal disruption (environment perturbations,  jamming, spoofing ...) and guarantee functionalities and performances of critical timing  infrastructures.
