Developing a LEO-PNT system as a complement to GALILEO requires many different building blocks, two of them will be developed within this NAVISP program: Precise Point Positioning (PPP) capabilities, including a self-calibration concept for autonomous compensation of receiver frontend delays, aiming at significantly enhancing the time determination performance of Beyond Gravity’s commercial GNSS receiver FoX NavRIX.

Further, a Software Defined Radio (SDR) module for Beyond Gravity’s FoX Platform will be developed, offering sufficient processing power and high-quality digital-to-analog & analog- to-digital conversion for, especially to be repeatedly deployed in the LEO-PNT system to generate and analyze PNT signals.
