Fraunhofer UK is an independent not-for-profit Research and Technology Organisation whose mission is to provide professional R&D services to benefit the UK economy. FhCAP has dedicated optical research facilities, equipment, and an active research team in quantum technologies. Key personnel involved in this project have a strong academic background and industrial experience in design, engineering and technology, product development, and delivering on collaborative research projects. Fraunhofer personnel have published dozens of papers in high quality peer-reviewed journals, hold several patents and are keen to license for modest return to see benefit to partners and the UK economy.
