Università degli Studi di Napoli Parthenope is a public university with strong experience in applied research in transport, logistics and navigation technologies. Its Department of Business and Quantitative Studies (DISAQ) combines economic, managerial, quantitative and technological expertise, making it well suited for PNT-related projects.

DISAQ has participated in national and international research initiatives, including the CN MOST – Spoke 10 project, funded under the PNRR, focused on the digital and sustainable transition of logistics and port systems, with attention to data integration and process modelling.

For this proposal, the University will contribute to the feasibility study of the Innovation Lab, supporting the definition of its operational model and development plan while promoting technology transfer and applied research.
