Register for the Final Presentation of the NAVISP EL2 076 Project: “GNSS Integrity and Authentication Services user-Oriented Network (GIASONE)”

The pervasive use of GNSS technologies in different domains covering safety critical applications, such as aeronautics, maritime, railways, or critical infrastructure has raised the GNSS community attention towards solutions aiming at providing continuous and reliable GNSS integrity monitoring as well as GNSS robustness techniques against unintentional and intentional threats, such as Radio Frequency Interference or Spoofing.

GIASONE, the GNSS integrity and authentication services user Oriented Network, has the objective to provide end-users on a local and regional scale, a wide set of services in order to safeguard its operational status when using GNSS. Among them:

  • GNSS Integrity monitoring & timely warning
  • RFI detection & timely warning
  • RFI classification
  • RFI localization
  • GNSS Authentication
  • Legal data recording

A GIASONE pilot system has been deployed at ESA/ESTEC navigation laboratory with the objectives to collect preliminary relevant assessment of the system performance and to gain relevant lessons learn for future product development.

The project was carried out in the frame of NAVISP Element 2, which is devoted to supporting competitiveness of European industries.

Please check the Agenda and register for the event.
