Therefore, in this context the PROTEUS project, within the PNT User Segment category, proposes to develop a high-accuracy navigation service specifically designed for underwater infrastructure monitoring. By leveraging SatNav and SatCom technologies, PROTEUS will provide positioning and robust communication capabilities, even in challenging underwater environments, paving the way for safer and more cost-effective subsea operations.
